Rocco’s, a new “old school” Italian restaurant located in Towson, has officially opened its doors.

Little Phil’s Sorcery, the culinary endeavor at Lil Phil’s Tavern, will debut this Sunday afternoon with a limited menu offering for guests.

The proprietor behind Namaste, Alonso’s, and Tandoor is excited to announce his latest venture: the revival of Jimmy’s Diner in Fells Point.

Rusty Scupper has begun serving lunch from noon to 4 p.m. on weekdays, and from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturdays.

Tacos ‘N Taps Festival

This Saturday, Tacos ‘N Taps will take place at the Fairgrounds, celebrating the beloved taco. The festival will feature a variety of taco options, alongside beers, tequilas, music, dancing, and much more. In light of the weekend’s weather forecast, the festivities have been moved indoors—yet the event will still proceed as planned.

Heritage at OPACY

Mark your calendars as Heritage Smokehouse will be closed from Friday, April 24 through Thursday, April 30. This temporary closure is in preparation for a special event where the BBQ location will be serving food at Camden Yards while the Orioles compete against the Red Sox and Astros.

BSC Rum Party

This Saturday, Baltimore Spirits Co. will host a lively gathering at the Cocktail Gallery, celebrating the introduction of its Tete-a-Tete Rum, a collaborative effort with Lyon Rum that has been four years in the making. Focus on Checkerspot Brewing Co.

Checkerspot Brewing Co. has an exciting lineup this week. On Sunday, the Maryland Zoo will partner with the brewery to celebrate the debut of Caesar’s Kolsch, a beer named after one of the Zoo’s giraffes. The event will offer family-friendly activities and a chance to meet zookeepers.

Moreover, on Thursday, April 30, the Checkerspot team is set to collaborate with Hersh’s for a dinner event featuring four courses, each paired with Checkerspot beers.

Origins with D. Watkins

On Wednesday, April 29, the Origins series at Woodberry Kitchen will present an evening of discussion between Spike Gjerde and D. Watkins. Their conversation will explore the intersections of food, storytelling, and community, with a menu inspired by Watkins’ favorite dishes from Woodberry Kitchen.

Catoctin Creek at Magdalena

During happy hour on Wednesday, Magdalena will offer a selection of cocktails featuring Catoctin Creek spirits in celebration of the distillery’s new Shenandoah Strawberry Paw Paw Gin.

Spring in Positano at Limoncello

LB Skybar, the rooftop bar at the Lord Baltimore Hotel, kicks off its season on April 30. Open in the evenings Thursday through Saturday, the bar offers refreshing drinks and light bites, all complemented by stunning city views.

Rye Street Tavern has updated its menus with a focus on spring produce and the joys of outdoor waterfront dining. Exciting new offerings include a limited-time strawberry shortcake dessert and a array of vibrant cocktails designed to enhance outdoor enjoyment.

Among the latest additions to The Corner Pantry is a delightful springtime toast featuring asparagus, crème fraiche, egg salad, and ham on the menu.

At Silver Queen Café, guests can indulge in a bourbon sour cocktail showcasing rhubarb, a delightful spring ingredient.
