Baltimore Jewelry Center Graduate Exhibition, running until Friday, Sept. 25, at the Baltimore Jewelry Center. This third annual Graduate Exhibition celebrates emerging jewelers and metalsmiths and is currently hosted in their Station North Gallery.
Kim’s Convenience, being performed until Sunday, Sept. 27, at Everyman Theatre. This acclaimed comedy by Ins Choi explores themes of family, self-identity, and intergenerational relationships.
Week of Sept. 1 to Sept. 6
Omar Courtz, on Wednesday, Sept. 2, with doors opening at 7 p.m. and the event starting at 8 p.m., at CFG Bank Arena. Emerging Puerto Rican artist Omar Courtz began releasing music on SoundCloud while studying mechanical engineering, and after signing with Pitbull’s Mr. 305 label, he released his debut album, “Primera musa,” in 2024, followed by “Por Si Mañana No Estoy” in 2026.
Caligula Blushed – Tribute to The Smiths and Morrissey, on Friday, Sept. 4, at 8 p.m., at Ottobar. Part of the “Queen is Still Dead Tour,” this tribute promises a passionate live experience for fans of Smiths & Morrissey.
Interactive Movie Night: Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, on Friday, Sept. 4, at 8 p.m., at The Theater at Creative Alliance. Enjoy a fresh take on this beloved ’80s classic, complete with trivia and interactive elements during the screening.

Wild Water Splash Days, from Saturday, Sept. 5, continuing through Monday, Sept. 7, at Maryland Zoo. Celebrate Labor Day weekend with water-based fun, including a massive inflatable obstacle course, outdoor games, crafts, and plenty of food vendors.
Bryson Tiller, on Sunday, Sept. 6, with doors opening at 6 p.m. and the event kicking off at 7:30 p.m. at CFG Bank Arena. The R&B star, who gained fame from his debut album “Trapsoul,” will embark on “The NeoTrapsoul Tour,” featuring special guests Majid Jordan, Ty Dolla $ign, and Austin Millz.

Columbia Maryland Film Festival, from Monday, Sept. 7, to Sunday, Sept. 13, at the Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center at Howard Community College. Attend a discussion led by Graham McAleer, a philosophy professor at Loyola University Maryland, examining Tolkien’s efforts to preserve the beauty of the natural world.

First Responders Showcase, on Saturday, Sept. 12, from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the National Museum of Railroad History & Innovation. This family-friendly event will feature first responders and vehicles, lifesaving demonstrations, and hands-on educational experiences, while commemorating the 25th anniversary of the September 11 attacks. Admission is free for Museum members and first responders.
Maybe Happy Ending, running from Sunday, Sept. 13, through Saturday, Sept. 19, at the Hippodrome Theatre. This Tony Award-winning musical follows two humanoid robots in their exploration of relationships, love, and mortality in a futuristic Seoul, South Korea.
Week of Sept. 14 to Sept. 20
The Bouncing Souls, on Wednesday, Sept. 16, with doors opening at 6 p.m. and the show starting at 7 p.m. at Baltimore Soundstage. The band will perform as part of their “Born to Be Tour,” supported by the Suicide Machines, with special guests Strike Anywhere and Human Issue.
All Things Equal: The Life & Trials of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, running from Wednesday, Sept. 16, to Saturday, Sept. 19, at M&T Bank Exchange. This performance chronicles the life journey of the late Supreme Court Justice, from her days as one of the few women at Harvard Law School to her eventual ascent to the highest court in the nation. The play, penned by Tony Award-winner Rupert Holmes, stars Michelle Azar as Ginsburg.
Craft Night at the Zoo, on Thursday, Sept. 17, from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at Maryland Zoo. Join a craft class led by Clay by Hillary, where there will also be opportunities for photographs and to meet animal ambassadors, with attendees receiving two drink tickets and access to a cash bar.

Baltimore Comic-Con, from Friday, Sept. 25, to Sunday, Sept. 27, at the Baltimore Convention Center. Celebrate 27 years of comic culture with a community of artists, actors, and enthusiasts, cosplay contests, exhibits, and much more. Children aged 10 and under can attend for free with a paid adult.
