Exciting news for pizza aficionados in Timonium: Vito’s Pizza, a favorite pizza destination located near the city-county border on York Road, has just launched a second location in the Yorkridge Shopping Center.

Changes are underway at the Lord Baltimore Hotel, as Chef Frank White resumes his role as executive chef. Chef White previously led the culinary team for SSA Group at the National Aquarium and brings a wealth of experience back to the kitchen.

Additionally, a new pop-up has opened at R. House, featuring the popular Holy Moli food truck crew. They will be serving fan favorites, including their renowned lamb smashburger, until September 22.

Unfortunately, Fruition at 135th, located within the Alex Brown & Sons building, has closed its doors after just five months in operation.

The Local Fry on the move

The Local Fry is currently undergoing an exciting expansion phase. This popular eatery, which originally made its mark in Federal Hill before relocating to Hampden, is now looking to grow its franchise across the nation. New franchises are set to launch this year in Urbana, Maryland, and Texas, with additional locations planned for New Jersey, Illinois, and Colorado.

Old Bay expansion

A delightful new addition to the Old Bay family has been unveiled: Old Bay Blackbird Seasoning. This new variant offers a lemony twist to the traditional Old Bay flavor and comes packaged in a special Ravens-themed tin. It will be available starting this week at the Ravens Flock Shop and local supermarkets, including Weis, Safeway, Wegmans, and Giant.

Fiesta de Clavel

This Sunday, Clavel will celebrate with an all-day outdoor fiesta, featuring live music by Mariachi Garibaldi and food from an array of vendors, including The Local Oyster, The Lunchbox Lady, Mexico on the Run, Hijos del Maiz, and of course, Clavel itself. Tickets for this festive event are currently on sale.
