This summer, the United States will co-host the FIFA Men’s World Cup alongside Canada and Mexico, marking the first time the event has been held in the U.S. since 1994. While Baltimore will not feature any live matches, soccer enthusiasts in the area can partake in various festivities and watch parties throughout the region.
Baltimore Peninsula SOBO Soccer Fest
This weekend, the Baltimore Peninsula will host the SOBO Soccer Fest, kicking off the World Cup celebrations. The festival will commence on June 12, organized by the Maryland State Youth Soccer Association as part of the 2026 MSYSA World Cup Summer Soccer Fest Series on The Lawn. Attendees can look forward to an exciting watch party in the evening for the matchup between Team USA and Paraguay.

Club Volo Official World Cup Watch Party
According to Club Volo at Brewers Hill, it’s officially time for the fun to begin.
The free-to-attend gathering will be held on June 12 from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. in Canton, featuring an impressive wall-sized 20×10 ft screen showing Team USA vs. Paraguay. Attendees will also enjoy a live DJ and interactive games like Soccer Skeeball, with opportunities to win World Cup tickets.

Das Bierhalle will host a myriad of World Cup specials at both their Parkville and Bel Air locations. The Parkville venue will feature deals on drafts, non-alcoholic bottles, and “Wings Around the World,” with flavors designed to represent the eight countries competing for the title. Similarly, the Bel Air location will offer a selection of enticing drink specials.
Greene Turtle World Cup Deals
From now until July 19, The Greene Turtle is partnering with official World Cup sponsors Michelob Ultra and NUTRL to roll out enticing game-day deals. Special offerings during the tournament include discounted drafts, canned beverages, bucket specials, and a limited-time Soccer Ball Pretzel Roll that can replace burger and sandwich buns.
In addition to their World Cup-themed offerings, The Greene Turtle will continue to feature several regular menu promotions during the tournament, such as discounted meal bundles and weekday wing specials. For fans looking to celebrate from home, catering packages are also available.

On June 12, The Impact Hub, in collaboration with the Baltimore Queer Soccer Club, will host an exciting watch party for the Team USA vs. Paraguay match, with doors set to open at 8:30 p.m. Entry to this event is priced at ten dollars at the door, which includes a drink ticket and snacks.
