As we anticipate the arrival of Artscape 2026, details about the featured artists and mouthwatering food options have been revealed. The complete performer lineup for Create Baltimore’s Artscape has now officially been unveiled, and the excitement is palpable.
A diverse range of talent—including singers, musicians, actors, DJs, and poets—will illuminate three stages throughout the event. Attendees can expect performances at the Mainstage, Echo Stage 1, and Echo Stage 2, both during the day and during the After Dark programming.
“Baltimore’s arts and culture scene thrives thanks to Black women, which is why it’s crucial to have them host and perform at our largest free arts festival,” remarked Mayor Brandon M. Scott. He emphasized that “Artscape grows every year, showcasing our city’s unparalleled creativity. I’m eager for both residents and visitors to experience this remarkable lineup.”
Jonathan Gilmore, the chief of staff at Create Baltimore, echoed this enthusiasm.
“This talent lineup is truly a dream come true,” Gilmore expressed. “Local performers will seize the spotlight, energizing the crowd. The creativity of our musical artists adds an extra dimension of joy to the Artscape venues.”
Linzy Jackson, director of the Mayor’s Office of Arts, Culture, and Entertainment (MOACE), pointed out that the emphasis on women taking the stage was intentional.
“This year, we specifically aimed for the mainstage to be entirely hosted and DJed by women,” Jackson explained. “Baltimore is home to many talented women influencing music, culture, and entertainment, and Artscape provides the perfect platform to honor that energy.”
For over four decades, Baltimore’s Artscape festival has blended art, culture, and community impact, rooted in the belief of fostering genuine change. The public art, large-scale installations, and joyous atmosphere reflect and uplift Baltimore’s endless creativity and community strength.
