Residents and prospective renters will have the opportunity to explore one of La Plata’s newest residential communities during an upcoming open house event at Ascend Pinegrove.

The event will take place on Saturday, February 21, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Ascend Pinegrove Clubhouse, located at 10263 Pine Place in La Plata.
