A serious incident occurred on Sunday night when a man fell from the Capital Beltway in Kensington, Maryland, resulting in significant injuries.
Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene near Stoneybrook Drive and Beach Drive at approximately 7:15 p.m., according to Pete Piringer, a spokesperson for the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service.
The man sustained traumatic injuries and received immediate medical attention from paramedics on-site.
