GERMANTOWN, MD — Firefighters, police officers and first responders can receive a free sandwich at MISSION BBQ on September 11 as the restaurant chain marks the 25th anniversary of September 11.
The offer will be available all day on Patriot Day at participating MISSION BBQ restaurants, including locations in Germantown and Rockville.
At noon, MISSION BBQ restaurants will also host a live performance of the National Anthem sung by a local Hometown Hero.
The event is part of MISSION BBQ’s annual effort to recognize the firefighters, police officers and first responders who protect and serve their communities.
