Extended care includes supervised activities only (no structured baking during this time).

Deposit Amounts
- Half Day: $100 (non-refundable)
- Full Day: $150 (non-refundable)
Payment plans must be paid in full at least 14 days before camp begins.
Spots are not secured until the deposit is paid.

Description
Provide your child with an enriching baking experience this summer in a professional baking studio setting.
Led by Chef Tai Heath, a professional pastry chef and co-owner of 5-12 Dessert and The Baker’s Lab, this camp will help campers build essential baking skills while fostering confidence, creativity, and teamwork.
What Campers Will Learn
During the camp, participants will:
- Learn fundamental baking practices and kitchen safety
- Practice measuring, mixing, and decorating techniques
- Take on projects both individually and in groups
- Explore creativity through practical hands-on activities
- Build confidence in a supportive environment
- Complete daily baking tasks, with some finished items to take home
Key Information for Families
- Designed for ages 8–12 (Note: New Teen Experience for ages 13-17 also available)
- No prior baking experience is necessary
- Small group settings ensure quality instruction
- Conducted in a licensed kitchen with a focus on safety
- Spaces are limited for optimal learning
