About the Event

Private Sector Pivot is a collaborative initiative led by the College of Southern Maryland (CSM) in partnership with the Tri-County Council for Southern Maryland Workforce Division, the Charles County Minority Chamber of Commerce, the Southern Maryland Minority Chamber of Commerce, and multiple regional workforce and business resource partners.

The program aims to help attendees confidently plan their next career step by offering expert-led insights, real-world strategies, and actionable resources.
