Navy Expands Global Logistics Contract, Opening New Opportunities for Germantown Firm

Share

A Germantown-based company is among more than 100 firms seeing major growth potential after the U.S. Navy expanded contract ceilings under its massive Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contract (WEXMAC) TITUS program, valued at up to $45 billion.

Elizarov Consulting Group LLC, headquartered in Germantown, is one of the contractors included in the latest expansion, which significantly raises the maximum contract value firms can compete for under the program. The increase does not guarantee new work, but it positions participating companies to pursue future task orders as they become available.

The WEXMAC TITUS contract supports a wide range of Navy and Department of Defense operations worldwide, including military logistics, expeditionary support, disaster response, and contingency operations. While specific work locations have not yet been announced, the contract is designed to provide flexible support across global theaters.

The base period of the expanded contract runs through 2029, with additional option years that could extend performance through 2034, offering long-term opportunities for participating contractors.

For local firms like Elizarov Consulting Group, inclusion in the expanded contract pool enhances competitiveness for future federal work and underscores the growing role of small and mid-sized companies in supporting large-scale defense and logistics missions.

As the Navy begins issuing new task orders under the expanded ceilings, contractors will compete for assignments tied to specific missions, locations, and operational needs.
